Meanwhile, illicit drug use among young teens went down for the third consecutive year - from 11.6 percent in 2002 to 9.9 percent in 2005.I’m just not sure I get this, is all: illicit drug use among fiftysomethings is up to 4.4 percent and among teens is down to 9.9 percent, and this is a cause for what?

Iâm trying to watch all of season two on DVD before season three begins on October 4 (I think). Especially since Iâm a season behind. While at Target buying season 2, I picked up a Rubikâs Cube in the checkout line. If we allow these squirrels to desecrate the flag, the terrorists will have won. Also in the overlooked news, The Cato Institute released its Economic Freedom of the World: 2006 Annual Report today. This years report notes that economic freedom remains on the rise. Their are many teams in the league that would like to take a chance on the big winger hoping to get the best out of him and praying that he can stay healthy the only problem is that they arent willing to cough up anything more then a draft pick or worse a player that has the potential to be a career minor leaguer. Antropov collected 12 Goals 19 Assists in 57 games played, if we average that out to a full 82 games its 17 goals 27 assists for a total of 44 points, i know thats not much for a first line winger but Antropov is still only 26 yrs old the same age as Ponikarovsky who in 81 games picked up 21 goals and 17 assists for 38 points, yet we rave how great Ponikarovsky was (deservingly so)and how bad Antropov was, not so if you look at numbers combared over the same amount of games played.

While reading Georges Lefebvre’s 1939 history of The Coming of the French Revolution , I was struck by the uncanny similarities between the French monarchy’s fiscal crisis — the same crisis that destroyed Louis XVI’s government — and the financial problems of the modern United States government. In FY 2006 U.S. tax receipts equalled .18 trillion, over 80% of which came from income and FICA taxes, while outlays equalled .57 trillion. Interest payments on the national debt (10 billion) equalled 8.2% of federal expenditures — well below the French level, but greater than annual federal spending on Medicaid or combined annual federal spending on education, the environment, and foreign aid, and close to half of the United States’ current defense spending (17%).* Finally, median household income in the United States has been stagnant since 1973 and has dropped an average of 2.8% since 2000, while prices have risen 17.5% during the past six years and 365% since 1973.
